The following items were noted during inspection:- Refrigeration units holding under 40F- Freezer properly functioning-Food storage - Good. All food irems are properly labled and stored off ground.-All food within expiration dates. -Ice machine clean and ice scoop properly stored.-Hand sink properly stocked with soap and paper towels.- Cl2 strips avaiable and sanitizer bucket for wiping cloths at 200ppm. No vioations noted during inspection.

#5- Observed drinks; etc. stored on ground; must be at least 6†off ground.#5- Items transferred from original container into smaller containers must be properly labeled with date/time.

#16- Facility has a two compartment sink; must adjust current operation to accommodate wash/rinse sanitize. Observed clean dishes stored next to wash basin. Must keep separate to avoid cross contamination.

#17- Observed dirty rags; chemicals stored next to prep area; must keep separate. #17- Must keep refrigeration units clean on a regular basis.

NOTES:Facility is under new management. CFPM is required within 60 days. I sent information to help guide facility in this direction. New manager is very cooperative and WCHD staff will be working with her to ensure facility comes into full compliance.

50) Moved away from prepackage; doing some food to hand contact; fruit cups from bulk (no cutting); smoothies; transfering bulk pastries to wrapped individual. Need to start to minimize these activities; facilitiy starting to be out grown. Only have a two comp sink so need to sanitize in between doing dishes and prepping fruit. Getting a CFPM also.

Temperature in reach in with dairy at 38 F.Latte pitchers are rinsed after every use. Washed; rinsed and sanitized at the end of the shift daily.Washing; rinsing; and sanitizing appears to be done correctly in 2 compartment sink.
