General Comments that relate to this Inspection Faility was closed all year and not in operation except for about 2 weeks in February and 2 weeks in March per owner via phone call. Owner stated that he plans on resuming operations in the future but not certain when this will take place.Attempted to set up inspection of closed facility with owner several times by phone and e-mail but owner did not return messages. Went to facility mulltiple times during the year and found closed each time.

General Comments that relate to this Inspection Facility has not started production for distribution; currently only doing processing occasionally for product sampling.Detergent and sanitizer were removed from chemicla dispnser for 3-compartment sink to be replaced with organic complaint products for sanitization. will have dispenser supplied with the latter products before any future production. Plans to start doing production soon.A new storage room has been added to store product at cool temepratures. Paint room interior and provide cove base on walls inside and outside of room; and install closure strips to seal room to adjoining wall before stocking products in room.Submitt operational operation before start of production of candy.
