Observed "Indian sweets" for sale that operator could not product source information for. These items shall not be sold until operator can provide name and adddress of facility where produced. Items placed inside cardboard boxes during inspection and will be taken home by operator. Operator shall contact WCHD if they would like to sell these items again. WCHD will reinspect at that time.

Observed vegetable freezer with significant ice build up on sides. This unit needs to be defrosted to prevent cross contamination of food.

Plastic container of cookies for sale--had been purchased retail and were being sold individually to customers at cash register. This practice is not allowed. All items for sale must be individually wrapped and labeled from manufacturer. Discarded immediately.

Foods including some cheese were stroed at 43 F. internal temp. Corrected immediately by lowering temperature setting of unit. At 30 F. within 10 minutes. Must maintaintemperature at 41 F. or below. Preferable to store cheese at 38 F. or below.

Only small quantities of foods like mint sauce that will be eaten the same day may be stored on a separate shelf for use by owner or his staff.2.) Only foods purchased wholesale that are prepacked and labeled for retail sale can be sold in this store--failure to observe this regulation will result in future deductions of 5 points during inspection3.) some freezers are badly iced up even though maintaining foods well-frozen. Keep all freezers defrosted so that they will function well.

220) Non food contact surfaces of equipment dirty. All non food contact surfaces of equipment must be clean.Bottom of one storage freezer had some dripped blood. Clean up spills immediately and maintain clean.

No other violations. Refrigerator with cheese at 40 F. All freezers at 0 F or below. Owner had already called repairman for a leak inside of one freezer. Defrost recommended during the repair.Reminder to label all repacked food products. A couple of bags of nuts needed relabeling. Completed during inspection and no points deducted. Will deduct points on next inspection if this found again.Keep all personal items separate in refrigerator from sale ans food products.Store is clean and well-organized. Easy to clean as all items are stored off floor and there is no clutter.Vegetable produce is fresh. All cleaning items stored away from food.Noted door to outside open several times during passing. Okay to keep door open as long as flies and other vermin are not found inside.
