    Opening Inspection:In order to open snackbar area the following must be completed:1. Install sneeze guard in sandwich making and meat slicing area. 2. Low cooler must be turned on and temperature down to 40 f or below. 3. Install cutting board. 4. Remove all uneccessary items from food prep area. 5. Will need to get food safe sanitizer to clean surfaces. **This facility will be doing precooked deli meat and frozen bread dough.**This facility will need to have a certified food protection manager w/in 60 days of todays date (7/16/13). A manager or employee will need to attend a 16 hour Washoe County approved Serve Safe course. Once course is complete and exam passed come to Washoe County Health District and apply for and receive Washoe County Food Managers card and certificate. Certified Food Protection Manager must be completed by 9/16/13. CFPM follow up 9/16/13.**Will be a risk 2 operation.
