Observed jello shots in facility that are prepared in a private home and then sold in the bar. Facility must discontinue this practice immediately. Food and drinks that are sold commercially cannot be prepared in a private home; food and drink must be from an approved source. Jello Shots can only be sold in they are prepared in a commercial facility that is permitted from WCHD to ensure the safety of the food. Corrected on site.

Observed:Liquor birth defect sign posted in women's restroom. Holes in wall in men's restroom noted in 2015 inspection fixed.Restrooms clean and well stocked. Discussed no bare hand contact with ready to eat foods; including drink garnishes. Facility currently hosts pot-luck type events where customers bring in food and use facility's serving ware.
