**Ok to issue permit. OK to open once fridge has reached 41F. Call if it does not.**Put all coving in bathroom and rest of facility. Spoke to Anita Nelson who is the Building Manager who said she will have the coving installed. Carpet can remain in the front counter area as long as there is no food storage and the carpet is kept clean Fridge unit was still cooling down during inspection Bathroom clean and stockedAll shelving units in grocery are in good repair Garbage area clean and organizedEnsure all fridge and freezer units have thermometers Put a sign the evaporator dish for the cooler that says. “HOT! DO NOT TOUCHâ€Â
