Bring your ServSafe certificate and ID to the health dept at 1001 E. Ninth St; Building B; Second Floor. Contact health inspector at 328-2614 when Washoe County certification is obtained.-General Notes:-facility process dry ingredients for shipment to other food processors. No wet product on site; no refrigeration.-restroom stocked and clean-hand sinks stocked-discussed no bare hand contact with ready to eat food - policy in place-discussed employee health policy - policy in place - ensure anyone with gastrointestinal illness is exlcuded for 48 hours after symptoms stop.-discussed dry cleaning; wet cleaning and sanitation procedures with no issues noted. -chemical stored separately-food all stored properly
