Back door weather stripping is gone; leaving a 1.5 inch gap to outside. Replace weather stripping to prevent potential pest access.Several holes in the wall tile in back also need repair. Large hole is scheduled but all holes should be repaired at the same time.

Some general cleaning of the facility is needed. Sides of equipment; bottoms of freezers; dry storage area; etc. Clean thoroughly to maintain sanitary conditions.

Garbage area needs cleaning. In particular; the trench drain needs to be cleaned out to prevent waste water and grease from running into alley and strom drains. In addition; much of the concrete pad is worn down to the aggregate and needs repair to allow for cleaning.

Quatinary ammonia dispenser not in use. ( chlorine sanitizer packets used at the time of inspection)Main walk-in refrigeration checked ok at 40.2 degrees ambient temperature.
