General Comments that relate to this Inspection Opening Inspection:Handsinks ok. Stock all with soap and p-towels. Scullery sinks - ok. Plumbing installed properly and no leaks. Drains properly to floor sinks. Hood/grill area - stainless steel panels sealed and installed properly to wall. Ice machine installed properly and drain to floor sinks. Walk in coolers @ 40 f - walls & floors ok. Finish installing pipes to condensation unit. Walk in freezers 0 f.Reach in coolers @ 40 f; Thermometers inside. Equipment ok and installed properly. Dish machine will be installed on Monday. Will need re-inspection on dish machine.Floors and walls ok. Complete the following before opening and food operation begins:1. Add trim along pony wall on cook line - Josh stated it should be completed by end of Friday.2. Clean and sanitize facility before food operation begins - remove all construction materials and equipment.3. Clean mop sink area. ***Will do re-inspection Monday 1/26/15 for Dish Machine.**Provide list for CFPM's for facility.
