Facility wants to expand menu to include cooking of raw animal meat for soups and other dishes; tamales; and other food items that will require complex food prep with PHF. Facility is not allowed to begin any of these cooking activities above the approved baking activities until a proposed menu is submitted and approved by the Health District to determine proper CFPM requirements. *The front room with the two compartment sink is going to be used as a prep room for only raw animal meat.
