General Comments that relate to this Inspection The only food currenlty being made in facility right now is in the Demonstration Room and the nut butter.A small refrigerator is available ffor cooking demonstrations.3-compartment sink used as needed during these events. Bleach is used as sanitizer. Test strips available. Hand sinks are properly stocked with soap and papertowels.All deli meats/cheeses are prepacked at this time and are within the expiration dates.Heather Van Keuren took the CFPM exam last week and is wwaiting for test results.
