All dairy dates current.Chemicals properly stored and labeled.Alcohol warning posted in women's restroom.Bathrooms observed clean and sanitary.Chlorine dishwasher recorded at 100 ppm.Gloves are used to scoop incidental food into disposable plastic cups. Proper icescoop storage with ice stored in separate container. Reviewed with operator to store all personal items such as coats and handbags away from food service and food service contact areas.

Observed employee handwashing - goodEnsure employees ill with gastrointestinal symptoms (vomiting and/or diarrhea) are excluded for at least 48 hours after symptoms stop.Refer unit at 40 fDishwasher sanitizing at 100 ppm chlorine. Test strips on site.Ok to lower concentration of quat. ammonia in sanitizer bucket to 200 -400 ppm.Discussed three step process of dishwashing in three comp sink (wash; rinse; sanitize).Facility very clean and well keptFacility has had two occasions in which plumbing backed up (women's restroom and one floor sink in bar). Sewer never backed up onto floor. Plumbers have responded both times and no problems were observed at time of inspection. Continue to monitor situation. If sewer back-up occurs in bar area; facility must close and notify WCHD at 328-2434. Also; facility must have functional restooms at all times.

Temperature reached at this time was about 100 F.Provided copy of alcohol warning sign to person in charge. Ensure that sign is posted as required.Risk category 1 assigned. No Certified Food Protection Manager required for this facility.
