No violations observed at the time of inspection.OBSERVATIONS & RECOMMENDATIONS:- Reviewed last couple of preventative pest treatment reports. No activity noted. No deficiencies noted. Preventative treatment by PCO performed once monthly.- All areas were organized and clean. Employee restrooms were stocked and operational.- Recommend that the operator institute and maintain a "sanitary curb". This is an 18" zone around the perimeter of the warehouse which is kept clear. This is beneficial for easy of sanitary maintenance and preventative pest control during times of high product stock.

OBSERVATIONS:- No products on site requiring refrigeration and no direct hand contact with the product at this location.- Warehouse was clean and well organized.- Reviewed previous preventative PCO log. Currently on a monthly schedule. Minor insect (spider) activity reported. Treated for such on 6/24/11 by ORKIN.- Restrooms were stocked and operational.
