Two soap dispensers in the men's restroom (break room area) were empty. Keep stocked. (Corrected on-site).
- General Comments that relate to this Inspection
OBSERVATIONS:- Ensure that all female and unisex restrooms are provided with covered sanitary napkin disposal cans in each stall. One of the unisex restrooms in the warehouse/distribution area had disposal containers but were uncovered.- Clark is the contracted pest control provider. Preventative pest control is performed on a weekly basis. Reviewed last two reports. No activity noted. Advised operator to ensure that PCO notes continue to be followed in order to effectively manage/prevent rodent entry or activity within the facility.- 18" sanitary strip is maintained throughout the warehouse.- Chemicals observed were stored and labeled correctly.- Walk-in cooler at 43.5F with a data logger; No perishable product at the time of inspection. Perishable food product must be held at 41F or less.- Wet/dry cleaning methods utilized for the warehouse floor. Wastewater goes to floor drain (sanitary sewer).
