General Comments that relate to this Inspection Deli prepares take and bake pizzas; cookie dougn; breadsticks and prepared salads. A Washoe County Food Protection Manager must be assigned to this deli who is a 30 hour a week employee. Please bring passing test results and confirmation of an approved 16 hour course; a picture ID and $32.00 to Washoe County Environmental Health located at 1001 E Ninth Street; Reno NV 89512. Go to building B usptairs to Environmental Health. The following items must be corrected by 01/29/13:1) Declutter fire riser storage room and clean floor of all debris.2) Replace missing panel on makeup table/cold holding unit. Unit must be in good repair and easily cleanable. 3) Fis handle at cabinet at front deli handsink.4) Fill all holes in FRP backboard at 3 compartment sink.5) Clean throughout such as shelves; can opener; handles and areas with food debris buildup. 6) Post a no-smoking sign at front entrance.7) Place a cold holding registering thermometer at open display case where salads and cookie dough are stored. Cookie dough temped at 38 F at time of inspection. 8) Acquire a rack to store all pizza off ground in walk in cooler. Please call health inspector when all items are complete at 328-2682.Post official health permit at facility once received via USPS. An annual inspection will be conducted within 90 days. This inspection will be unannounced. Notes:All handsinks properly stocked with liquid soap and sanitary disposable towels. Cold holding units checked OK and recorded < 40 F. Garbage dumpster is shared with strip mall. Please keep lid closed when no in use. Garbage enclosure must be kept free of loose trash to prevent vermin attraction.
