General Comments that relate to this Inspection Ok to issue permit to operate.Refrigerated case at below 40 F. Freezer at 0 F. Residential refrigerator in back room is for employees' use only and sign is posted on refrigerator.Hand sinks in food service area and restrooms noted stocked and functional.Clean and sanitze all work surfaces and food contact surfaces of equipment and obtain tub for cleaning and sanitizing of ice scoop and soda nozzles in as there is no utensil wash sink; and clean floors and surfaces of equipment prior to opening.The following items must be corrected by 1/20/2014:1) Seal hole on both sides of wall for soda lines. 2) Install a splash guard on both sides of hand sink on counter. 3) Restroom doors must be self-closing. Pizza will be delivered and kept in warmer unit to sell both by the whole pie and by slice.Riskk category 2 assigned foir this operation. Must have one Certified Food Protection Manager on staff full time who has completed and approved certification course by 3/10/2014.Plans to open on 1/10/2014
