CFPM requirement satisfied.Notes:-facility is clean and well maintained-handsinks stocked; do ensure a supply of soap and paper towels is available at all times to facilitate proper handwashing-discussed future regulartions of no bare hand contact with ready to eat food and proper glove use-walk in at 38F; display coolers at 41F and below-hot holding hot dogs at 145F and above-thermometers available in all refrigerators; provide thermometers in freezer as well to monitor product temperatures-hot dogs in back make up unit stored in non food grade plastic containers. Replace with NSF or equivalent containers to ensure food is protected from potential cross contamination of the plastic.-3 compartment sink and test strips available. Do test sanitizer concentration to ensure proper levels are maintained (200-400ppm quat)-discussed cleaning and sanitizing of equipment with no issues noted-restrooms clean and stocked-dumpster area ok-food stored properly-chemicals labeled and properly stored-Date marking procedures in place.
