- [1] Thermometers provided and conspicuous
-Observed sandwich case thermometer hidden behind packaged pickles. Assistant Manager moved pickles during inspection so that the thermometer was conspicuously placed.-Observed reach in refrigerator in back office without a thermometer. Ensure all refrigeration and freezer units are stocked with a conspicuously placed thermometer in order to monitor unit temperature.

-Observed a missing piece of vinyl coating inside of cabinets below the coffee bar. Replace/repair cabinet so that the surface is smooth and easily cleanable. Non food contact surface not maintained properly. All non food contact surfaces must be maintained properly.

-Observed the following surfaces dirty: inside of drawers and cabinets below coffee bar; cabinet with sanitizing solution below hot holding units; counters behind the coffee machines; floors in back office; vents on drink walk ins; vent on dairy refrigerator. Non food contact surfaces of equipment dirty. All non food contact surfaces of equipment must be clean.

-Observed the inside of the microwave clean.-Bleach solution used as sanitizer and observed the facility contact with chlorine test strips. Observed chlorine concentration in sanitizer bucket at 50 ppm.-Observed hand sink stocked.-Observed good sandwich dates in sandwich case. Temperature observed at 36F.-Observed door seals on reach in refrigerators in good conditions.-Observed good dairy dates; temperature at 38F.-Observed ice cream/frozen meal freezer at -5F.-Observed reach in freezer in back office at -12F.-Ice comes from Arctic Glacier.

Thermometer in case with deli sandwiches reading at 20F; ambient air temp at 41F. Repair or replace thermometer to accurately reflect temperature of case. Monitor to ensure food remains at 40F or below. Provide thermometer in back freezer.

Observed floor around back room floor sink with black slimy build up. Investigate to ensure there are no leaks from plumbing - repair any leaks found. Clean floor to prevent attraction of vermin and maintain clean.

Notes:-hand sink stocked-restrooms clean and stocked-dumpster ok-only open food is donuts - which are delivered daily by a vendor. Tongs in use and are washed in the McDonalds sink (shared building)-walk in at 38F; front reach in at 41F ambient air-dates checked ok; discussed first in; first out with no issues noted-food stored properly-chemicals labeled and stored properly-no pest issues noted at time of inspection - regular pest control by Advanced-bagged iced labeled-discussed employee health - ensure anyone with gastrointestinal symptoms (vomiting / diarrhea) is excluded for 48 hours after symptoms stop.
