    Notes:-soap and p-towels available; 3 comp sink available-hot dogs at 167F in steam holder; 44F in refrigerator.-operator stated nacho cheese was capped + placed in refrigerator at end of night. Cheese must be properly cooled (Disc. proper method) or discarded at end of night; to prevent bacterial growth.-discussed first in; first out procedures w/no issues noted-discussed proper glove use-food properly stored-chemicals labeled + properly stored-restrooms ok-discussed employee health - ensure anyone w/ gastrointestinal symptoms is excluded for 48 hours after symptoms stop.

    General Notes:-facility sells hot dogs; nachos; pretzels and repackaged snack food - no bbq of hamburgers; etc.-hand sink functional-3-comp. sink available for wash; rinse; sanitize-food stored 6" above ground-reach-in less than 40F - freezer above reach-in holding at 30F - hot dogs; corn dogs less than 40F *if food is intended to be froze; move to single door upright freezer-discussed employee health policies. Ensure employees ill with gastrointestinal symptoms are excluded for the duration of the illness and 48 hours after symptoms stop.

Nacho Cheese 143 f. **Next year follow BBQ guidelines.3 compartment sink - Hot and cold water operational.**Faucet leaking when turned off - fix by 6/10/11. Freezer units @ 0 f. All food product frozen. Refirgerator @ 35 f. All food products stored properly.
