[1] Wiping clothes: clean; use restricted Observed wiping cloth on counter and no sanitizer bucket available. Wiping cloths should be stored in sanitizer bucket when not in use. Provide sanitizer bucket with appropriate concentration of sanitizer (50-100ppm chlorine or 200-400ppm quat). Corrected on site.
[2] Toilet rooms: self closing doors; fixtures maintained; clean; hand soap/drying devices provided; proper waste receptacle Observed water to handsink turned off. Water must be on at all times during operation to facilitate proper handwashing. Corrected on site.
General Comments that relate to this Inspection Notes:-handsink stocked. Discussed importance of handwashing when handling ready to eat food.-2 freezers: one at -3F one at -7-discussed first in; first out procedure with no issues noted.-2 freezers located in storage room outside of mall are secure.-facility is clean-facility uses 3 compartment sink in Bubble Tea booth; as owned by same owner. Sink checked at 100ppm chlorine. Test strips available.-discussed employee health policy - ensure anyone with gastrointestinal symptoms (vomiting / diarrhea) are excluded for 48 hours after symptoms stop.
