All violations from previous inspection have been corrected. - Ice machine has been cleaned and ice scoop is being stored in a cleaner area. - Burritos and chimichangas have been labeled with a 7 day discard date and a label machine has been ordered by operator.

Observed various burritos and chimichangas that are received frozen and defrosted in reach in unit being sold with no date marking or tracking. All these items need to be marked internally with the defrost date and then discarded after 7 days or marked with a discard date that is 7 days from the defrost date. Operator states all current product was defrosted 1/4/15 so all current product should be marked accordingly and no product was discarded during inspection.

Observed ice scoop being stored on a dusty shelf. Operators state the ice scoop is washed prior to each use but it should still be stored in a sanitary area at all times.

Ice bags labeled with name and address of facility. Good product storage throughout facility. Good product dates throughout facility. Operators actively pull expired product and return to suppliers. Freezer @ 0F. Reach in fridge @ 32F. *Please keep the thermometer visible to customers at all times. Walk in fridge @ 46F. No potentially hazardous food stored in walk in during inspection but operator will have unit serviced to hold 40F to use unit as back up storage for milk. *Ice machine is in need of cleaning and per operator is due to be serviced 1/6/15. It was not in use during inspection so no violation noted. Operator should ensure area where ice discharges is cleaned thoroughly and regularly as mold and mildew appears to be developing in this area. Restrooms clean and stocked. Facility very clean and organized and overall well kept.

Facility very clean and orderly.Good grocery product dates throughout. *Remove wine boxes stored in employee restroom and store elsewhere to prevent any cross contamination. *Defrost Nestle freezer as it has a significant ice build up.Facility requests name on health permit be changed to Royal Market. Name change submitted at last renewal.
