The items pending for correction from the re-inspection conducted on 6/24/2015 have been completed.Manager will have cleaning of floor in walk-in freezer; at back receiving area where baler is located and outside of store in the trash compactor enclosure on cleaning schedule to ensure cleaning is done on set frequency to keep all these areas clean.Small amount of trash and food debris observed next to compactor that was spilled within the last couple of days. Part to seal opening is on order to minimize spillage of debris. This area is to be cleaned daily to prevent potential pest attraction and harborage.
