Do pick up all loose coffee grinds and debris around dumpster enclosure.

Ensure employees ill with gastrointestinal symptoms (vomiting; diarrhea; jaundice; fever) are excluded for the duration of symptoms and 48 hours after symptoms stop.During inspection; one employee admitted to vomiting that morning. Manager agreed to ensure employee is excluded for 48 hours after symptom stop. Operater agreed to notify WCHD if additional employees become ill with gastrointestinal symptoms.
