No violations observed during inspection. Hand sink clean and stocked. Restrooms clean and stocked. Dishwasher dispensing @ 50 ppm Chlorine. No food storage in reach in units- just beer. No ice storage- just beer and wine served. No speed guns. Alcohol advisory posted.Beer fridge has a small leak that facility has been working on fixing and containing. Ensure water is cleaned up properly on a routine basis to prevent any cross contamination.

140) Dishwasher not dispensing proper levels of sanitizer. Repair unit to dispense adequate amounts of sanitizer to ensure proper sanitization. Operator is aware of the issue and has already ordered replacement parts. Dishwasher can be used for washing and rinsing; but must use 3 compartment sink and submerge all glassware in a sanitizer solution for at an appropriate amount of time depending upon the sanitizer.. Quat is being used as sanitizer; tested at 200 ppm. Need to obtain Quat test strips if Quat is to be used as sanitizer.
