Wash at 163F and rinse at 186F.Quat ammonia dispensed at 3 compartment sink at 200-400ppm.Sanitizer buckets at 200ppm and changed every 2 hrs. Test strips on site.Garbage pick up has been increased since last inspection.

In addition; dishes and utensils are then run through high temp dishwasher. High temp dishwasher checked fine. Wash at 159 f; Rinse at 181 f.Recommendations:-Observed pitcher blender rinser part leaking. Towel is wrapped around it to prevent spray. Replacement part is on order. Recommend having spare part on hand in case of future breakage.-Observed shared garbage dumpster with garbage and debris on grounds. Also talked with nearby Quiznos about ensuring they are doing their part to keep area clean. According to both operators; garbage dumpster is very full and sometimes overflowing. Current pick up is 2 X per week. Recommend increasing service. If this is observed in the future; a point violation will be deducted.
