Noted soap dispenser for back room's hand sink broken and empty. New soap dispenser on order and will have installed by 4/16/2012; provide bottle of hand soap in the mean time. Staff mainly use the front area hand sink.

Noted light tubes on all light fixtures above back area's service counter not shielded. Provide light shields for all light tubes or replace them with light tubes that are shatter resistant.

Thermometers in all refrigerated untis at 40 F or less and in freezers at 0 F or less.Dates on food products checked were current.Quats sanitzer tested at 200 ppm concentration in sanitizer buckets with wiping cloths.Dish washer observed at 161 F on wash cycle and 182 F on final rinse cycle.Noted hand sinks in front service area and in restrooms stocked and functional.
