Hot hold: Gravy @ 160 f; Chili @ 158 f; Serving utensils clean.Fryer/ hood area clean. Ice machine & bins clean. Scoops clean and stored properly. Handsink stocked and accessible. Dish machine @ 50ppm - test strips on hand. 3 compartment and prep sinks operational - no leaks observed. 3 compartment properly covered for prep. Floors and counters clean.Customer areas clean and well maintained. Child seat clean and stored in location by itself. Restrooms clean and stocked. Trash Area - clean and well maintained. Discussed no hand contact to ready to eat food items with manager - No issues - gloves on hand; utensils. CFPM's onsite: Michael Jones - 9/29/19; # 11579260.No additional CFPM'S for Facility.Always Change gloves moving to different process from raw to ready to eat also wash hands in between glove changes.
