General Comments that relate to this Inspection OBSERVATIONS:- No utensils may be washed in the utensil sink as it is designated for handwashing only and is currently drained direct to the sewer system. Do not store any items in the hand sink. Please post signage indicating that the hand wash sink is for handwashing only.- The residential style reach-in cooler at 32F per internal thermometer.- The restroom was clean; stocked and operational.- Bleach wipe down water was at the proper concentration (100ppm chlorine) with test strips available. Store wipe down towels in the water when not in use.
