Notes:Reach in coolers @ 40 f All drink products have current dates. Keg coolers @ 40 f; All keg line drain properly and no leaks. Handsink stocked and accessible. 3 compartment sink operational - set up for wash; rinse; and sani @ 300ppm. Bar gun/ holder clean and drain hoses installed. Ice machine - being replaced and will have another one Monday. As of right now using bagged ice from approved source. Glassware and bar ware clean - all stored properly.

Bar gun holder drain hose not installed. Excess drink product from bar gun drains out holder out to the floor under the 3 compartment sink. Drain hose must be installed to maintain sanitary conditions. Observed fruit flys in holder when bar gun was lifted up. Holder and gun cleaned on site. Install drain hose by 9/12/13.
