General Comments that relate to this Inspection Ok to issue permit to operate.Refrigerators at below 40 F.High temperature dish washer operatinjg at 150 F on wash cycle and 185 F on final rinse cycle.Noted all hand sinks stocked and operational.Menu will consist of teas; coffee; canned and bottled drinks and bakery goods and prepackaged sandwiches and salads that will be obtained from permitted establishments.Category 1 assigned based on menu. Therefore no Certified Food Protection Manager required.Clean and sanitize all work surfaces; food contact surfaces of equipment and utensils prior to start of operations.Plans to open by 11/13/2012.
