Reviewed temperature logs with no issues noted.-walk in at 39F; all product temped 37-39F-make up unit - product temped 38-40F-freezer at 1F-hot holding 165-182F-all product is received pre cooked; discussed reheating process with no issues noted; reheated beef temped at 192F -3 compartment sink and test strips available; measured at 50ppm chlorine-sanitizer buckets at 50ppm chlorine; cloths properly stored-date marking procedure in place; discussed first in; first out with no issues noted-food and single service items properly stored-chemicals labeled and properly stored-restrooms stocked and clean-regular pest control by Advanced pest; no pest issues noted at time of inspection-dumpster area ok-facility is very clean and organized-discussed employee health - ensure anyone with gastrointestinal symptoms (vomiting / diarrhea) is excluded for 48 hours after symptoms stop.
