**Facility is essentially shut down; and only used during busy weekends. As such; no violations have been listed; but a few items are listed as things that need to be addressed before the facility comes back into full operation:1) Any time the bar is to be used; the dishwasher should be checked to ensure proper sanitizer level2) The 1/2 size reach in could use a cleaning3) The scoop needs to be re-washed before operations as it was left with water in it.4) A few areas of tile work are needed.
