Per follow up phone conversation with owner; Carol; regarding trash service; she does have access to trash service for the entire building. They produce such minimal trash that she got in the habit of taking it home. They recycle all cardboard boxes as that is the bulk of their trash. She will utilize the dumpster supplied for the building for non recyclables.

Notes:-Facility produces little trash and takes the trash to their home.-Facility sells pre-packaged vitamins; supplements; and cookies.-Facility provides cookie samples daily; cookies are cut in the back kitchen using gloves and a knife cleaned with soap and water. Cookie samples follow proper no bare hand contact policy.-No pest issues noted during the inspection; if a pest issue becomes known at the facility the facility must get a licensed pest control operator to abate the issue.-Observed the cookie and herb refrigerator temperature at 34F.-Restroom was clean and stocked.-Facility clean and well-maintained.
