Facility was filthy. All shelving/counters were covered in mice droppings; dust; and spilled food material. Clean and sanitize entire snackbar thoroughly.

A leak was detected below hand sink. It appeared to be coming under the wall and was creating a standing water issue. Find and repair leak.
- [4] Presence of vermin; outer openings protected; no prohibited animals
Mice droppings covered almost every surface. Two dead mice observed in a garbage bin that they had become stuck in. All mice droppings must be cleaned up. Observed entry holes by roll up door with operator. Entry holes must be sealed properly. All surfaces must be washed; rinsed; and sanitized prior to use. *Recommend using face masks and gloves when cleaning up droppings.
