Notes:-food properly stored; dates mostly ok - discussed procedures for keeping lower stock and rotation-chemicals labeled and properly stored-cold holding checked ok - walk in at 39F; all freezers at 4F and below - all product frozen-thermometers available-restrooms clean and stocked-ice machine clean; scoop ok-dumpster area ok-general cleanliness good-no pest issues noted at time of inspection-discussed employee health - ensure anyone with gastrointestinal symptoms (vomiting / diarrhea) is excluded for 48 hours after symptoms stop.

Noted few other products with expired dates on shelves; including two cans from 2013 and four other cans from 2013; removed from shelves at this time. Operator to continue going through shelves to remove any other expired products found there by tomorrow.Other items noted on the previous routine inspection conducted on 4/21/2015 have been corrected.
