Consult to check dish machine that had no sanitizer concentration during standard inspection on 05/30/2012. Per PIC, dish machine was serviced later in the day on 05/30/2012 and was working properly. Technician tested machine several times before leaving. As of the morning of 05/31/2012, no sanitizer could be detected by facility's or inspector's testing strips. PIC called technician to come to facility and re-service machine on 05/31/2012. Will call for follow-up once machine has been repaired and is regularly running with correct sanitizer levels.
