After inspecting the facility it was not found any roaches activity- Inspected all the glue trap and mouse trap in the basement and food debris area none was found.
Requested the person in charge to show the invoice of the last time applied th e pest control- Mr. Dimarco who is the person in charge provided me the invoice of the pest control . Orkin did the service ten days prior of the complainant and was not found any roches activities according to the invoice.
I discussed the PIC the pest control and to keep the facility clean at all times.
NO further action is required.
