AN INSPECTION / CONSULT WAS CONDUCTED AT THIS CENTER DUE TO CONFIRMED CASES OF SHIGELLA. I SPOKE TO HIBABAH EARTHMAN THE PIC AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION. I DISCUSSED SOP'S CONCERNING SANITIZER USAGE, FOOD TEMPERATURES, WIPING CLOTH USAGE, AND EMPLOYEE HEALTH. A COPY OF THE EMPLOYEE ILLNESS CODE AND AN EMPLOYEE ILLNESS LOG WAS GIVEN TO HIBABAH. MR WILDER (CO-OWNER) STATED HE THOUGHT THE DIRECTOR (TRESHA JOHNSON) HAD ATTENDED A FOOD SAFETY CLASS. IF SO, PLEASE POST THE CERTIFICATE IN THE KITCHEN.
