SIGNED OFF FOR ARCADE LICENSE, NOT IN OPERATION AT TIME OF INSPECTION
WAS INFORMED THAT FACILITY IS NO LONGER USING KITCHEN FOR PUBLIC BUT IS BEING USED FOR EMPLOYEES.
KITCHEN IS IN POOR REPAIR AND UNSANITARY, MUST BE CLEANED AND UNNECESSARY ITEMS REMOVED IMMEDIATELY, TOLD PIC THAT EVEN THOUGH KITCHEN IS NOT BEING USED IT STILL HAS TO BE MAINTAINED.
