Description: If you’ve ever wanted to dance on a bar, this is your chance. Hogg’s & Honey’s was originally known as Coyote Ugly for its first year or so in business, which tells you a thing or two about what happens here. All the waitresses and even the female manager jump up on the extra-wide bar once an hour to get the crowd going. Anyone who is game is welcome to crawl on up and have at it. (Some brave booty-shaking souls have even been known to dive off the bar!) During high season, you’ll find karaoke here on Wednesday nights and live music on Thursdays.Hogg’s & Honey’s has a few other claims to fame as well, including its fabulous balcony overlooking the Parkway—possibly the best spot for unobtrusive people watching in town. They have anywhere from 50 to 60 different beers on the menu, not to mention locally award-winning chili, ribs, and wings. Because entrance is limited to those ages 21 and up, this is one of the few smoking bars in Gatlinbug.
