Description: This oldie but goodie actually offers two attractions in one. Hillbilly Golf’s two 18-hole courses are on a mountaintop 300 feet above the Parkway, and the only way to get to them is to ride an incline railway. While you’re waiting for the railcar, you can visit the arcade or get in a few strokes on the practice green. Once you get to the top, you can play on your choice of courses, set in the wilderness with mountaineer hazards like stills and rock walls to make your shot selections a little more difficult. The cost is $9.50 for adults (ages 12 and up), and $7.50 for children ages 3 to 11. Seniors (ages 60 and up) are $7.50, and children under 3 are free. Prices include tax. Your friend can disappear while holding your hand, and a laser illusion will convince you that Elvis is alive. You can walk away from your shadow and watch Count Dracula turn into a flying bat, and Merlin, the world’s best-known wizard, will appear before you and levitate. Watch carefully—you never know what will happen (or seem to happen) next. Admission is $7.99 for adults, $5.99 for children 5 to 11, and free for children younger than 5.
