    Comments: Manager observed smoking at bar. Discussed smoking issue with manager... Manager now understands that smoking must not take place inside the building at any time (When in operation or not)... Manager states he will make sure employees understand to not smoke anywhere inside the building (bar) at any time.

    Comments: Remove all ashtrays, etc. from the bar area. Corrected during inspection. Manager states he will remove all ashtrays from bar to comply with current requirements.
