- Observed food employee cooking foods to the required temperatures.

Equipment and utensils shall be designed and constructed to be durable and to retain their characteristic qualities under normal use conditions.
- Critical: Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are dirty observed ice build up on the interior of the home type freezer and gross ice build up on the interior of the freezer near the cook line.
To prevent contamination, equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch -addressed and corrected during the inspection .
- The plumbing system was not properly repaired food prep sink lacks a working faucet and the 3 comp sink has a faucet not working at the 3rd sink. (other faucet will not reach this sink) .
To prevent health hazards, a plumbing system shall be repaired according to the Ohio building code.
