Standard Inspection
Critical: Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are dirty. Observed pop lines and drain lines of multi flow gun must run through the inside of ice machine, touching ice. To prevent contamination, equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. Pop lines and drain lines of multi flow gun must run through the outside of the ice bin and/or be shielded from ice.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are dirty. Observed a build-up of dirt and debris in the door gaskets of the beverage coolers behind the bar. Standing water was observed on the floor of the beverage coolers. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept clean. Clean and sanitize door gaskts and clean standing water to prevent contamination.
