  • Critical. Improper sewage disposal at floor drains/sinks in kitchen and/or food preparation area. During the use of handwash sink and three compartment sink, gray water is accumulating in the drainage trough in front of the walk in cooler. Operator was observed scooping the water manually and discharging outside into the city drainage system. Observed trough flooding above floor level when a half of one compartment sink is drained. Observed drain below three compartment sink backed up also. The establishment is open and selling food to the public during inspection.
  • Critical. Hotel and Restaurant license not properly displayed.
  • Interference/obstruction with the inspector's right of entry and access at any reasonable time. Operator has been belligerent and cursing the inspectors. Operator refused to let inspectors fill three compartment sink to observe drainage. Kissimmee Police Department called to assist inspection.

I don't care what the heath inspectors find at Might Wings. I find Mighty Wings to be the one of the cleanest restautant in Kissimmee or any of other places. Place is always clean and kept very neat and organized by the owner . I feel very comfortable and safe eating at MIghty Wings. The place has awesome wings and other items on the menu at very good reasonable price. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone and check the cleaness of this place.
