Observed employee handle cash at the register and then finish smoothie by pouring into single service container and handling single service lid with no handwash.
Intermediate - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine. Observed along the left side near the ice guard on the interior of the machine. Also observed pink slime developing along the lip of the ice guard.

High Priority - Cut lettuce/cabbage/spinach/kale/chard cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed packaged bags of leafy greens above 41°F in reach in cooler underneath cookie oven. Observed cut salad lettuce at 46°, leaf spinach at 46° and kale at 49°F. Observed ambient thermometer in unit reading 54°F, inspector's thermometer read 55° when left in unit. Observed operator replaced thermometer in unit and employee said items in cooler were not received today nor had they been out to fill the prep line recently. At about 30 minutes later, observed items at the following temperatures: leaf spinach 47°F, kale 49° and lettuce 48°. Advised establishment to move leafy greens and to investigate temperature gauge on unit. **Warning**
