I told him that any new buyer is going to call the cops for a report on them if they happen to drop by when they have a lot of activity.

He wasn't thinking of not moving in due to them just hoping the current tenants would buy it back from him after he fixes a few things bc the owners have been out of the country for years. He is not bothered by the next door neighbor in the least.
I think the current tenants won't come up with the money. He spoke with them after I wrote that.

We have termite inspector going Monday so our earnest money has been extended until Tuesday. Thank you kindly for the reply.

It could be the greatest area on the planet, but a bad neighbor can still make your life hell. We have friends that built a mountain dream home with a fantastic view on an amazing lot. He's a woodworker, built a shop and spent years created an amazing interior. But the people next door fight constantly and are child abusers which my friends have reported multiple times now. And of course the neighbors know it's them who are reporting them. It's so bad our friends want to move. We have another friend with a whacky neighbor as well and they decided to sell. The neighbor kept filing bogus border disputes to sabotage their sale. I wouldn't do it if I were you.

He decides by 5:PM today if he gets earnest money back. I have not called the second number cop told me to to get more details b/c I am already a little sickened with what I know. Thank you for your opinion.
You seem to know a lot of hearsay.

A common "White Power" sticker has a raised white clenched fist on a black background.

She very sensibly talks to the neighbors. Always a good idea before you buy in an unknown neighborhood.

I called the police and they gave me a list of why they have gone to the home. Why is the police dept hear say? Thank you for your input.

I spoke with the next door neighbor who will be our tenant for 3 months if we buy, then their lease is up and I called police* and he gave me a run down of every reason they have been to the home. My original post too long (my mistake) and people forgot I called cops. Most in comments treat me like I'm making assumptions. Only one* was made and that was the drug dealer statement due to many two minute visitors during a one hour inspection and a very weird camera on top of home that looks like it sees for miles not the typical kind one has around home for near by trouble.

Thank you very much for your input.

It is more like 20ft across I was told. Yes, that was a weird typo in my head. Door not store. Thank you.
