Nuggets win but they have this thing called a bench. A bench means 6 players in double digits. Murray did what he had to do and Jokic hung in there.

I tried to watch this on the TV but got this Stephen A's world garbage.

Absolute garbage watching that Stephen A stuff, a bunch of laker homers, and no coverage of Jokic in the post game.

That is insulting.

Can't wait for the Nuggets to put the lakers away.

Ya I can see this series going to 7. Having LeBron out there is like having 2 head coaches. A head coach on the sidelines, & 1 in the game.

The scary thing for LA was that they got the best performance out of just about everyone. AD dropped 40. Lebron was just short of a triple double. Bench players showed up. And they were never really in the game. Not sure what else they can do.

132-126! So much for defense. Maybe it will show up in the next game.

I'm pretty sure it's been like that for years, if not a decade or so, maybe people just never noticed it in the past?

The two networks might also alternate the conference finals each year?

Play defense? Jokic and Murray also had great games. They dug a deep hole early and came back to a 1 possession game near the end.

GG for game 1. One time Jokic made a shot over AD, AD just glared at Jokic. Joker is killing 'em. Triple double machine. Lakers role players stepped up. Lebron was doing his thing. AD dropped 40. Still not enough. Don't mind losing sleep watching this series.

these athletes are amazing. I travel to Colorado Springs all the time and my exercises are impacted. The evaluation is a huge advantage for Denver.

The Lakers miss Howard 6'10" 265 and McGee 7' 270, either one would be a big help. LA dominated the Warriors and Grizzlies because AD had no one guard him and he dominated defensively. Denver has a lot of size, their front line averages 6'9". AD had a monster game and they still came up short.

There was plenty of really good defense last night, many times a tough bucket was scored with a chest and hand in the face. Austin Reaves was an exception, he was always late getting around picks and got torched.

The longer the game went on, the better the Lakers defended Jokic, so maybe they can make this a long series. But I think they need too much from Reaves and Russell and they won't get it.
