Hopefully we can curtail the arguments on this thread as much as possible, so it doesn't go south. I don't want to give panty hamster trolls like Ronnie Jonez too much fuel to add to the fire.

That's because I've been to Des Moines many times. I came from the West Coast and I find it underwelming, that's all.

And Des Moines actually has an absolutely massive skyline for a metro its size. Compare to Madison, Boise, Wichita, Colorado Springs, Syracuse, and Toledo. Bellevue is part of a metro area six times the size of Des Moines. Absolute nonsense comparison.
A bit too small? Doesn't really matter as long they plan it properly. There are metro areas lot smaller than Des Moines that do have rail transit system around the world. Salt Lake City is not much larger and has a pretty good light rail system. That's only by about 400,000 more in the metro area.

Once again, Des Moines is underwelming compared to the west coast because I grew up there. Of course, it's better than Omaha's skyline.

400,000 more is nearly twice the size of Des Moines. That's quite a lot larger. Oh my god why am I even here, you're such an obvious troll.

You can label me as a troll but you don't know me in real life, personally. This thread is worthless, I'm out of here.

Is that an HDR of the Union Railroad Pedestrian bridge?

I'm ready to move in to the Welthrell apartments, or that cool new round building.
