I've started to sew a couple of weeks ago. It is so interesting and helps my brain to run away from daily routine. But now I'm using my mom's old sewing machine and I want to buy a new one. Can you recommend any? Maybe the one that you use.

First of all, what is the make and model of your mom's sewing machine? A good older machine will be better than a mediocre new one.
What do you want from a new machine that you aren't getting from your mom's machine?
My favorite machines are the classic straight-stitch and early zigzag Singers, Vikings, and Pfaffs that were top of the line when new.

Oh if I understood everything correctly it is 285J Singer. I can't explain why I don't like it, it is just so slow and old. I need the machine that could work with heavy fabrics, but also not very pricey.
I've run into one comparison of the machines. So, I'm considering buying SINGER 4411 Heavy-Duty. If you know any better or cheaper analogues, please share it with me.
The 285J has horrible reviews, not surprised you don't like it. One of the best places to find a machine that fits your needs is to visit a repair shop. Whatever you buy, eventually it will need maintenance, and finding a good local shop can be a help.
(Personally, I would look for a free-arm machine with a larger throat, but that is just a suggestion.)

I would stay away from the current Singer models. Unless your budget is pretty high, it will be hard to find a machine that sees easily on really heavy and thick fabrics. I have a Janome that can sew through the 3 layers of cotton for masks and I’ve sewn denim on it. I sew a lot of knits and use my serger for everything except hemming and top stitching. I also would go to a sewing machine shop in your area and try some out.
